Draft Picks:
Future Picks: Warriors 23 and Bulls 25
The Bulls maybe have the most boring Roster in DTNBA, there is no stars, no stand out offensive player. But this team will play hard and play good defence. I have feeling some of the Bulls games will have both teams scoring in the 80-90 ranges.
When you look at the roster, without looking at stats, your instant thought is they are heading to the lottery, I think they might actually have a chance of making the play offs. Chris has been in the league, longer than the league has been around. He knows what he is doing, well besides that Tyrke Evans trade. I do however fear about the long term future of the team.
Short Term – C- They are a better team than what people think but they are a borderline playoff team at best.
Long Term – F – There isn’t a stand out prospect on the Roster and there going to have to wait till 25 until they secure a decent draft pick. Chris doesn’t like the draft so it will likely get traded but I don’t see Chris getting close to that Ring he desperately wants!

PF | 2 | Isaac Okoro | 1 | Nassir Little | 1 | Christian Braun |
C | 1 | Isaiah Stewart | 1 | Udoka Azubuike | 2 | Maxi Kleber |
Draft Picks: Jeremy Sochan (11)
Future Picks: Nets 23 and Rockets 24
The Cavs were clearly not happy with players available in the re-draft, as I think they have all be traded or cut besides Dort and Little. The team originally draft would have been capable of the playoffs, the current roster is currently looking to the future. I think it’s a bright future with the one exception, they don’t have their 2023 first rounder!!
However they look to have a good prospect in each position of the team, I think Giddy and Sochan are going to turn out to be great players in DTNBA.
Short Term – D – To many rookies or sophomores in the team at the present time to be making any kind of push towards those play offs.
Long Term B+ – The vast majority of the roster is going to get better over the next few season, the Rockets 24 first, could also provide them with a great prospect of trade piece. There do have a bright future, but are they going to be able to get that superstar player every team needs?!

Draft Picks: Kendall Brown (37)
Future Picks: Pistons 23, Pistons 24, Orlando 24, Pelicans 24 and Pistons 25
One of the hardest teams for me to review. Im not sure what direction the Roster is heading towards. Chris missed out on taking part in the re-draft so didn’t have the flexibility that some other GM’s had when they joined the league.
My assumption with trading Green and Drummond and getting Markkanen and Grant Williams that the Pistons are looking more towards the future than the present. With them holding all their own future picks this would make sense. However I do think the team isn’t going to be in the running for the worst record and isn’t going to be making the playoff’s, it’s a tricky situation.
Short Term D – Currently between a rock and a hard place. Think the miss out on the playoffs but wont be in contention to get one of the top 3 picks.
Long Term C – Theres gaps in the roster which need filling long term and it will involve some good picks in the draft, whilst the Pistons do have a haul of drafts most of them are likely to be outside the top 10.
Indiana Pacers

2 | Chet Holmgren^ | 1 | Cam Reddish | 3 | Danny Green
2 | Evan Mobley | 1 | Ousmane Dieng | 1 | Isaiah Joe |
Draft Picks: Ousmane Dieng (9), Malaki Branham (21), Peyton Watson (31) and Johnny Juzang (47)
Future Picks: Pacers 23, Pacers 24, Warriors 24, Pacers 25 and Warriors 25
The Pacers had a good balance of youth and experience last season and ended up in the playoffs. This season they have decided to go even younger, with the additions of Chet and Mobley. With Chet being out for the season that may well improve the long term prospects given they have there 1st for next year. However with Pat Williams, Mobley and Levert on the team there is an outside chance they could sneak into the play offs. I don’t think the roster is currently as good as last seasons roster.
In the long term I think it’s a close call if they have improved or not, given LaMelo and Barnes have left and Mobley and Chet have come in. Ball and Barnes have already become established stars in the NBA at their young age, the same does apply to Mobley and there is more to come, the question mark is Chet going to be better than either LaMelo or Barnes, im not sure.
Short Term – C Whilst the focus is clearly on the future, I could see the Pacers sneaking into those playoffs.
Long Term – A – No question there are players on the team with potential to be all starts and an array of picks to come up in future years. I guess the question is, who are they going to get in the back court to supply Mobley and Chet?
Milwaukee Bucks
Original Roster
7 | Damian Lillard | 1 | Austin Rivers | 1 | Quentin Grimes |
6 | C.J. McCollum | 1 | Leandro Bolmaro
1 | Michael Porter Jr. | 1 | Keldon Johnson | 1 | Frank Jackson |
2 | Marvin Bagley III | 1 | Josh Jackson | 1 | Ayo Dosunmu |
3 | Brook Lopez | 1 | Khem Birch |
Current Roster
8 | Damian Lillard | 1 | Austin Rivers | 1 | Ayo Dosunmu |
7 | C.J. McCollum | 1 | Leandro Bolmaro | 1 | Quentin Grimes |
1 | Michael Porter Jr. | 1 | Keldon Johnson | 1 | Johnny Davis |
3 | Marvin Bagley III | 2 | Jabari Smith | 1 | Trevion Williams |
3 | Brook Lopez | 2 | Khem Birch | 1 | Moussa Diabete |
Draft Picks: Jabari Smith (4), Jonny Davis (18) and Moussa Diabete (46)
Future picks: Bucks 23,24 and 25
The Bucks didn’t have much luck with injuries last season but still managed to come 5th in the East. With the Blazers old back court of Lillard and McCollum they are going to trouble a few teams this season. I would imagine MPJ, Jabari Smith, Dosunmu and Grimes might all have break out or improved seasons.
Despite this I think that other teams in the East have improved and I don’t see the Bucks being higher than last season, not to worry though with the young talent I mentioned and holding their own pick the next 3 years, I think the future could be bright.
I do however think the team need to decide what direction there going in, as do you really want to be 7th.8th in the East for the next few years?
Short Term – C – Likely in the playoffs just, but the lack of depth at the moment and quality big holds the roster back
Long Term – B+ – I like some of the younger players on the roster and likely to have some decent picks in the future to add to the mix.
